Which could be my computer, but I want to make a note anyway
When I use spell check, it does not always scroll through the words.
Sometimes, it will stay on one selected word, even after I have chosen to correct it or not.
I can see the next word pop up in the little screen sometimes, but the text still has the first word highlighted in red.
It has froze on me several times, and I have noticed that some of the changes I make, are not made in my text.
This doesnt happen all the time though.
With what program are you having trouble?
what do you mean?
IE or Mozilla?
Mac or PC?
Im using IE (
wich is a pain in the ass anyway) on a PC
are you saying that A2K has a spell check?
dam, I should look into it.
i thawt that wuz what it wuz
but it dont chek nuthing
you makin fun of my spelling challenged affliction?
firefox has its own inbuilt spelchckr. as I type this both firefox and spelchkr are underlined in red.
I think it was an add on. "add-ons" are in the tools menu.
I think I recall craven once saying that the A2K spell checker is pretty crappy. Firefox has saved me from myself repeatedly, but now (I just typed know) I need to reconnect the synapses in my brain that choose (I almost said chose) the right word.

Yep, the spell checker is lousy, I think you're better off using the one in Word (just write or copy the post in there before clicking submit, run the checker, then paste it back into a "post a reply" field).
S'ok.
I have never had it happen before, so I wanted to speak up.
you know me and my loud mouth.
