Here's a very good recording of Grateful Dead singing "Box of Rain". I meant to link it with the lyrics before.
Rest peacefully, timberlandko
Hello, Ragman. My screen doesn't show anything in your post of 1:00 p.m. 9/16/07. Is my screen the problem? Thanks.
I think Ragman is suffering a senior moment...

Great song, Ragman :-D
Last night I had a computer question and the first thing I thought was "I've gotta go talk to Timber", then, of course I remembered that he's not here, but then thought about how he is still very much here in our hearts.
I sure do miss Timber!
MP, you're so right when you say that he had a nack for being able to calm the most heated situations, without taking sides, and I always thought that was awesome :-)
Oh my gawd !!!! I have just seen this !!!
I am so so so sorry and sad....timber was a great guy - his knowledge of computers was fab.
Damn
So was his knowledge of airplanes. Have you no shame - obviously not - this being a memorial thread I will forbear addressing the fake aviation accident reported by - no matter.
If anyone of Kevin's family is reading this, pls post here; imposters kindly refrain.
Thank you.
High Seas, what are you talking about?
To get back on track....
I recently saw a post from a new member named bigbird. It instantly brought me back to some of the interactions between Timber and Set, and how Set would sometimes call Timber big bird. At first I was sad, but then I smiled at the memory of those posts.
The track never wavered...the posts in which Kevin was addressed as "big bird" were on a thread not known to me, but he, like any USMC pilot, would think of the "big bird" above....
Timber could go hunting without controversy.
Thinking about Timber on his celestial snowplow.....
Soon it'll be Spring stars.
Man, has it been almost a year?
Yeah, and I still use his quotes.
Ive modified his term IDiot and come up with IDjit. But its all his nugget.
Celestial snowplow, , great image for the guy.
Some of his PM's showed a really impish side . Was he Irish? he hadda be.
I still love Timber, and he's not really gone, long as I'm around; well, me and a bunch people on some online site.
saw his farewell to Cav on the Wake thread recently. Tears flowed.

Now you've got me sniffling!
Sigh.
