If not evolution; gene reorganization, etc how?

Go ahead, be my guest. I can't wait to hear about Babel.

After Kokopelli went to the mountains of snow and ice
and played on his pipes such beautiful and joyful tunes of hope
for all living things, then old man Winter smiled and withdrew.

Spring came. And as great many animals and plants woke
from their slumber, so did the tribes of those who walk on two feet.
As the snow melted and grass grew again, people embraced
the new season in the way of all life, with celebration and movement.
They gave their love and strength to those around them and
travelled far and wide.

Some small and some large, some thick with knots,
others light enough to fly. As life knows no bounds, life finds its
way among all peoples and all kinds. So, no matter what food we
eat, or land shapes our feet, we all sing to celebrate the same melody
that brings forth the seasons of life. That was his gift.

It might take a little introspection, but I think your own true answer
might be there ... in the melody itself, or in the wind.

What spirit symbols feel right for you as to our different races and
cultures ... how they exist, relate to each other, and grow in different ways?

Well, I'm not religious...haven't been for about 12 years (used to be Christian), but this question strikes me as odd.

multiple ethnicities/cultures

Cultures are due to geography and socialisation, and have nothing to do with evolution or genes.

Ethnicity - I take it you mean different races.

As an observation, I don't think that even Christians deny the fundamentals of natural selection (it has many proven examples...easy evidence is how many animals go white when tamed...mice being the easiest example), though perhaps they may deny the full extent of natural selection equalling macro evolution (which has never been proven that I know of). Why then would not a basic natural selection not apply to humans? I personally can't see it as inconsistent with what I know of Christianity.

So no theological explanations? Thanks for the kokopelli bit. Kokopelli, such the mischief maker.
