And CIA is plotting to separate Cabinda with its huge oil resources from rest of Angola. Wykes has had longstanding criminal ties with Cabinda separatists from Mpalabanda banned organization. Americans plan to bring their puppet government in Cabinda to pump our oil freely. They are pumping our oil for years but Angolans are getting poorer!!
