When are the powers that be going to relent and give you a bank holiday like the rest of us.

I hope that they can find a judge who didn't go to Oxford or Cambridge at the Crown Court at Isleworth, where Trenton Oldfield ("the boat race man") will get his trial now.

What did Mr Oldfield do that was illegal?

Someone has obviously had another look at the charge he faced (Section5 Public Order Act) and decided that a fine-only offence wouldn't fit the bill.

It might be Walt that because the charge relates to a matter of national interest it might be better to take it to a higher court because the fees there are sufficient to keep the jollies going.

When an interested party "takes another look" at such a matter I feel pretty confident that the fees will be being borne in mind.
