and spendy thanks for the kind thoughts regarding the rest of the day which is one hour shorter as I'm going to bed early as I have to pedal somewhere tomorrow and its a different time zone.

Speaking of which all this **** regarding football and we brits just won about 18 zillion gold medals for cycling round and round in Manchester. And isnt that Victoria Pendleton just the sweetest girl? (hard as nails actually)

well it was absolutely pouring down first thing but then I got on the bike and it was sunny all the way to here
