What a lot of silly euro-billys.

(I know these gentlemen, and that's why I can insult them.)

(I don't know Spendy though, and that's why I can insult HIM.)

Very Happy

Hey Mac....

Confession.... haven't switched the TV on since Dec 31st. Either I am extremely sad and spend too much time on here, or you are absolutely right and TV is pants.

I'll go with the TV is rubbish.

(k - feel a whole lot better that I am not quite as sad as I thought I was Rolling Eyes

The meeting was quite enjoyable btw. I thought Bill was going to get hammered by very clever eurosceptics/anti europeans. But they weren't that clever. They claimed to just want a referendum, but really what they want is Britain out of the EU.

One guy said Britain was showing the flag of democracy to europe for 800 years and now we have given it all away to the French and the Germans. (clearly bonkers)

Another point from the panel was more interesting. The single currency imposed on different economies is creating a breeding ground for fascism. I think thats what he said.

Right at the end someone asked who had actually read the Lisbon treaty. About 3 people out of 200 put their hands up.

George Galloway was good on Question Time tonight.
I don't agree with much of what he says, but he's got a certain entertainment value.
