23 = P OF C IN O C IN THE B ( PAIRS CHROMOSOMES IN BODY????)

23 = Pairs of Chromosomes in One Cell in the Body (You were certainly on the right track) I don't see the other two yet.

1 = Y M FOR A P W A ...... 1= Years Marriage for a Paper Wedding Anniversary
