Hi Vonda,

1) Sorry, but I had to edit out the address in your post. The Help Desk gets spam up the wazoo so we have to keep the addresses off the site (and I have no idea why you got an error message, although the Help Desk is down when the rest of the site is, we still get piled up tickets once the site is back up).
2) Speaking of the Help Desk, here is a guide to using it. http://www.able2know.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=89566
This is the best and really only good way to communicate with the Mods.
