[resolved]update to comcast stopped me from logging back in

I'm moving this to The Help Forum, where it stands a better chance of being addressed.

Thanks for the offer but it's ok now. I suspect comcast had a real problem as a call to their help line (recorded) said a half hour wait could be expected before a voice could confirm they're working on it. A new password made my e mail on comcast work again and the same password is now used on A2K and gets me in again. On one of my posts you'll see both me as bobsmythhawk and bobsmyth on the same day.

I do not have nearly enough information and the request os too vague, so I am unable to give you anything but guesses.

My guess is that you updated your email address and it deactivated your account. You were supposed to get an email with an activation key but for whatever reason you didn't.

I can take this out of the realm of guesswork if you provide information such as whether you saw a message saying your account was "inactive".
