For the present, sweetcomplication, just PMing any individual Moderator is the best that can be done. As CdK mentioned, if your request to a Moderator includes your wish that the matter be brought to the attention of all the other Moderators, be assured all the other Moderators will see your message in short order. We do communicate with one another.

You can also PM the Moderator account. We all access it. Thanks!

It's not the same as the Administrator account. It's just an account with the user name of Moderator.
