Would you call this cruel and unusual or funny?

What is the carbon footprint of one freaked out kitty bath?

Why are you going to use it as a shower for yourself? I hope it has a way to get out once you are in there. You know like a trunk release does.

No, I plan to charge the neighborhood kids to give their pet a special kitty day at the salon complete with shampoo and blow dry.

Alternatively, you could just take your smelly old cat in the tub with you the next time you have a bath.

Please post pics. Shocked Laughing

Lou says: "I'm a big baby, unless you get me around water, then I will eviscerate you."

I just came across this thread and whoever came up with this device is God Damned M*other F*cking A$$hole of the first order.

What a way to totally destroy an animals trust.

Ok, rant here....Why the F*ck do some people have to single out cats?

It's like someone who is homophobic because deep down they have doubts about themselves.

Just because an animals nature doesn't cause it to want to cow tow to humans, some believe it's open license to torment them. Can't stand a little independance in anything but you? Torture it.

You can totally give a bath to a cat if it's been raised to trust you. It may not be their favorite thing, but they will be calm if they don't think you're out to drown them

Uh, not Lou. He doesn't even like the sound of peeing - even his own.

I'd love to see that guy try to put that kitten again in the "spa". Now that would make good video.

I'd like to see that guy be IN the machine with the cat, with his hands tied behind his back, and the cat with the knowledge he was the cause of all this.

WTF?

The cat could have been seriously hurt in there! Not to mention, water shooting all around and no place to go...what if he'd have inhaled it, passed out and drown? I'd NEVER submit my animal to anything like that. For gods sake....

I will send you Lou via UPS in a box if you want to bathe him. Should I put some holes in it?

cyphercat I went back there and emailed them also asking that they remove it. I know it does not mean they will but it never hurts to try.
I rather ask than do nothing. I will keep my fingers crossed that they take it off.

cyphercat this is what they emailed me:

"name,
Cats get scared over a lot of things. The device they used was made for
washing animals and obviously it posed no harm to the cat. The cat just
didn't like water, and according to the owners, they would rather wash
it that way than fight it."
