Yes, yes (if you mean fireworks), and yes (we don't call it ketchup, it's either tomato or barbecue sauce).

Im so disenchanted with barbeque sauces Wilso. As many may know, I am a fan of really well barbequed pork. Its my favorite summer meal. The short coming of the Barbeque is the sauce. Do you guysw have any different based sauces?



You guys still celebrating? Gimme a barbequed rib, if you dont mind.

Oh, fm, you would love to meet my wife. She's the best cook of pork you'd ever meet. It's a HUGE part of the Thai diet. She has it with an asian sauce (I think it's Korean). She's asleep now. If I remember before we leave for Bangkok on Sunday, I'll find out the name of it and post it. I'd advise you giving it a go, if there's an Asian grocery in your area that you could buy it from.

Apparently we have the singular honour of hosting the GG (Govenor General) tomorrow at our town celebration. Should be a bigun here, lots of firies are coming back for a thank you celebration. I see if I can post a few fotos.

We dont usually do ribs on the barbie... maybe that just me. But you are welcome to a snag and a tinnie. Pull up yer esky and we'll have a yarn while we watch the kids play backyard cricket. There ya go, get that into ya you look as dry as a dead dingos donger.

Whenever I link to something in u-tube, I get a new batch of SPAM , now Im getting some guy who wants us to invest in copper mines and some really flaky penny stock energy company that is so undercapitolized that one bad well will send them into recievership.

Im not going on u-tube till I get a better SPAM filter or two.
