No ideas for 309d (are the letters correct, I wonder?) but these are my suggestions for the remainder:

200a GUESS
307a RUNAWAY
244d XMAS TREES
308d APATHETIC ("z" looks wrong there)

Could 309d be EXPRESS?

I wouldn't argue with lmur's first 4 answers.

I haven't got the puzzle but 309d looks wrong. I think it could be ELOQUENT which messes up the "l" and the "p".

Look for alternatives..

322a is Macaroon giving you the 2nd A in apAthetic

Thank you to all who replied. I have now finished it.
Had Marzipan instead of Macaroon so that's why nothing fitted.
