How do you escape? (No1 has ever got it right)

OK heres a riddle that I do believe is completely impossible unless you know it already (please don't spoil it if you know it already):

Your trapped in a room, no windows, no doors. Only 4 walls, a roof, and a floor, inside the room is a table and a mirror, how do you get out?

*think outside the box...*

No1 has ever got it right

BTW How did the guy get in there in the first place? "Only 4 walls". Oh! I see, the room is a pentagon, and it has one wall missing.

also, you say it has a roof, not a ceiling. you could climb over the ceilingless wall and get out between the roof and the wall.

but of course the pentagon shaped room is a better answer.

you are in a peculiar situation....sounds like an interrogation room....i bet you are being observed through the 2-way mirror, so take the table and throw it through the mirror and walk out through the hole you just made

mmk let me get into more detial, all for walls are connected (good guess though) and I meant to say ceiling. The walls are completely wholeless, and the mirror is on the table. It doesn't matter how you got in, your there and you have to get out. Good guesses though =).
One more thing the closest answer would be kla872006's, just you forgot a part at the begining, how did you cut the table in half? (have you heard this one?)

You SAW yourself in the mirror.
You take the SAW and cut the table in half.
Two halves make a (w)HOLE
