How do I do this?

I like to change ALL my passwords at regular intervals, and this time I thought I'd include the logging on one for A2K.

I went into "profile" and entered my current password.

I then entered my new one, in the appropriate box.

I then confirmed the new password in the next "confirm" box, as required.

Then, I pressed "submit".

Confirmation was received that this had gone through successfully.

I logged off.

Trying to log back in, with my new password, I was rejected. Several attempts later, I tried with my old password, which was accepted. Eh? Shocked Question
(rare use of emoticons, only due to the gravity of the situation)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

So I then tried doing it, by entering all the relevant information in the appropriate boxes as above, and then pressing "reset", as opposed to "submit".

Same result! It would only accept my old password when trying to log on.

Now.....I know my password ( shewolfisonesexyhotchick) may be rather a groovy one to the hamsters of A2K, but is this the only reason that they won't let me change it?

What am I doing wrong?

Why the hell do you want to change your password on A2K? It's not like A2K is holding your stock portfolio, or anything like that! Laughing

I just want to prevent the possibility of someone like Gus gaining access to my bits and pieces.
He did this once in 1972, and although I have had extensive courses of various antibiotics, things have never been quite the same.

Seriously, call me slightly paranoic with a terrible memory. If I change my password on one account (bank etc) I have to do all the others the same (I know, very dangerous to have them all the same.....but you would NEVER guess my password) so that I can remember it.

Sorry, I've forgotten what I was asking......

Okay, I know already your mother's maiden name, your fathers place of birth, various birthdates, your favourite dog's name, the first car you drove - what is it now, you said?
