Actually the very same, cjhsa accused recently of doing a great photoshop work ....
Well, that photo of the shark and seal to me looked like a telephoto shot, and a likely miss by the shark, but the article said the seal got eaten.

I'm not sure what it is that I supposedly don't understand. That whale pic was obviously Photoshopped, and the one above is obviously from a long lens.

How could I be infringing anyones copyright by reposting something freely available on the Internet? Are you proposing that I have a financial interest in A2K or this thread?

You neither mentioned the photographer of that pic nor linked it to the BBC.
May I direct your attention to EVERY OTHER THREAD WITH PICTURES AND NO CREDITS. The link to the BBC is clearly there. Not my problem if you cannot find it.
