Hmm, I'm not sure which order but maybe A, N or S since every other letter in there has a pair?

It took me quite a bit, but the answer is W
The letters are the first letters of the question in reverse order!

I went off into a completely wrong direction at first!
Then I asked some people, and someone came up with the answer W and threw it out there. Without explanation, though, since this person (that's my guess) did not understand it himself.
(I think Uncle Google was asked here!)
After that the solution came to me at some point.
