this riddle is quite easy if you read each line and think before the next i answered this on another topic the answer is water

water doesn't make sense

water turns polar bears white
water sometimes will make people cry.
water makes guys have to pee
and girls comb their hair.
water splashes on celebrities making them look stupid
and normal people look like celebrities because its healthy.
water turns pancakes brown
water makes your champane bubble.
If you squeeze water, It'll pop.
If you look at me, you'll pop......this one i don't get tho

Time? Doesn't really fit with some of the lines though.

water turns polar bears white -- Polar bears are more yellow than white.
water sometimes will make people cry. - so does a lot of things.
water makes guys have to pee - I'll give you this one
and girls comb their hair. - So does the wind.
water splashes on celebrities making them look stupid - Uh, ok...
and normal people look like celebrities because its healthy. - Why does it make "normal" people look healthy?
water turns pancakes brown - No it doesn't. It makes them soggy.
water makes your champane bubble. - Uh, no that would be carbonation genius.
If you squeeze water, It'll pop. - No it won't. If it is IN something, the thing it's in might pop, but how does water itself pop?
