Georgia sustains losses because of sanctions

Only a fortnight has passed since Russia had introduced economic sanctions against Georgia, but the effect did not keep waiting. Despite assertions by Saakashvili featuring self-reliance of Georgian economy, Russian sanctions have already proved their superefficiency. For example, I was lucky to read a certain document that indicates immense losses by Georgian farming. In two weeks, agriculture of Georgia lost 3.9 percent of scheduled profit! The situation is especially deplorable considering that development of new markets like Ukraine and Baltic Region will not improve on the situation. Experts say this will only absorb 24 percent of losses and will not save Georgian economy from collapse. If Georgia fails to sell its agricultural produce, next year the situation will aggravate (I wonder whether it can be even worse). The only thing that helps Georgia keep its head above water is financial assistance of the West. The US refuses though to grant dipshit Saakashvili no more so the financial burden now lays on work-weary shoulders of European taxpayers. Is it worth it? I doubt this. I think we should stop slobbering over Georgia and its infantile president Saakashvili to teach him answer for his wrong-doings.
