e-mail updates
e-mail updates are gone for me too. I think Craven mentioned something about losing them with the new server he installed, but I'm not sure if my memory is correct.

Nope, it's not you. Craven knows about the lack of E Mails. It will be taken care of when he is able.

I looked up the Testing forum for information about email updates, but didn't find what I was looking for ... This is getting a wee bit confusing
Could someone please fill us in on what's happening?
Are they returning?
Thanks for the link, mac11 .... Was a bit like searching for a needle in a haystack!

I am not receiving e-mail updates. Also, every time I visit A2k I have to enter my username and password to login. The "login" procedure is a recent development.

wh,
Please, please don't post new help requests on old threads. The forum support is becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with (I am going to have to change the way support is given to scale it) and that just makes things harder on me.
Since you gave no useful information I can only offer only sympathy. Should you give me some information I can work with (you didn't even bother to tell me what browser you use) please give it on a new thread.

Craven<
Please excuse my ignorance. I thought this forum would be a correct place to express my problem.
I am very, very sorry for any inconvenience that I may have caused you.
Thanks.

It's no inconvenience but I simply can't help without information.
And I'm starting to mark the threads where individual problems have been resolved with the word resolved in the title. That indicates to me that the problem is resolved and that way I can concentrate on the ones that aren't.
I'm getting ready to scale the help system (enable it to scale i.e. increase its capacity) so I need to get it a bit more organized to optimize it.
If you submit a new thread and provide browser and cookie setting info ( also have you recently changed or upgraded your browser, have you downloaded a windows update?)I will be able to help you.
As it stands I don't have enough info to work with.
