What Law? We Don't Need No Stinking Law?

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

In this age, it has become vogue to proclaim that one is a Christian while at the same time ignoring the essence of what Jesus actually teaches. An example of this may be found in the popular doctrine which declares, that in order to partake of the Salvation which the Kingdom Brings, one does not need to work the Laws of God. But if one continues to examine Matt. 7:21-23, they will see that this is not what Jesus states.

In those verses we find out that those who are not welcome into the Kingdom at the End are rejected because of their work of iniquity. They had made their little verbal confessions of Jesus Christ is Lord, and they had done their many wonderful works. But there was one work which they had failed to do. And this one work is evidently of more importance to the Lord than the other works.

In the Strong's Greek Definitions we see that this iniquity which Jesus speaks of, is defined as transgression of the law or a condition of being without law.

Strong's Greek Definition
// anomia // anomia // an-om-ee'-ah //

AV - iniquity 12, unrighteousness 1, transgress the law 1,
transgression of the law 1; 15

1) the condition of without law
1a) because ignorant of it
1b) because of violating it
2) contempt and violation of law, iniquity, wickedness

So now, if one does not need to follow the Laws for that Salvation, then why does Christ dismiss this group for not doing the Law? Why are they not welcomed for not working the Law?
Why have those who claim to follow Christ chosen to become Lawless?
Why are the teachers teaching that Christians are no longer under the Law?
Why are they teaching that the Law is not part of the ingredient for Salvation?
Why are people ignoring the words of Jesus?
Why are the Gospels being leavened?
Why are you allowing your ears to be tickled?

Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Rom 3:27 Where [is] boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
Rom 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

From what you can gather from the verses that you have stated and then comparing them with the book of Romans.
There is a few things you can see these things.
Even though they profess to be Christains they are not, it is only those who live by faith in God that are the true Christains. So it is those who are without faith, that Christ says:

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Also there are so many that profess to be Christains they stand in Church every Sunday sing the songs, or when the plate is passed make sure they are seen by men to give.

This verse is them.
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Having a form of godliness, bud denying the power thereof.
I personaly think they deny faith in God.

That to me is the truth of true Salvation Faith in God.

I address this to Scott and Mindy.

Is it an either, or answer?

Works do not save but faith without works is dead.

The law cannot save but does tell us what is pleasing to God and what displeases him. Right?

Who says that works do not save? How was Noah saved?
