Business information in Chile needed

Hello, I'm new to this website and am hoping to find somebody that can help me with some information.
I'm working with a company that want's to move to Puerto Montt,Chile and they need to know about the following:

Banking, what banks are good, what they offer etc.

How to find offices to rent?

Is it best to lease a car or to buy?

All legal papers are being taken care of by a lawyer, just I need to find the rest.

I hope anybody can help me with some good websites, even better personal experience etc.
