You approach two talking doors. One door leads to the City of Truth, while the other door leads to the City of Liars. You do not know which door is which. You are able to ask only one question to determine which door is which. The door that leads to the City of Liars always speaks lies, while the door that leads to the City of Truth always speaks the truth. You want to go to the City of Truth. What question do you ask to determine which door leads to the City of Truth
The question you ask is "what are the A2K thread numbers for the last five occasions that this question was asked ?"
well how am i to know how often it has been asked...loser i just joined
monkey, you ask whoever you encounter how the other person would answer the question, "which door leads to the city of truth?"
Let's say, for real, the city of truth is found behind the door on the right.
The liar will lie about what the truth-teller would say, and will say, "The door on the left."
The truthteller will tell the truth about what the liar would say, and will say, The door on the left."
So either way, do the opposite of what you're told.
This is straight out of The Labyrinth
