i did not get the horse up thang

the bad thing about a horse as a prize is if someone winns it and dont know what to do with it....that happend here 2 years ago and they found the horse tied to a tree like a dog.....poor thang had no hay for like a month and was very sic

yup.....it was a raffle and the guy got 2 tickets for $10.....knowin he did not need a horse he should have just gave the money and let um keep the tickets
