It is clear that the goal of Jihaid is to impose Sharia Law on countries.
Many people don't know what Sharia Law is. I found the following site to be very helpful in getting to know about Sharia:

Oops, I misspelled Jihad.

Just look at the Laws in the Old Testament if you want to understand Sharia Law
Not at all the same, mindy.
The foundation of the Sharia Laws are the Laws of the Old Testament.
The resemblance is superficial. Jesus put it succinctly when, quoting Isaiah, he said "This people honors me with their lips, yet their heart is far removed from me. 9 It is in vain that they keep worshiping me, because they teach commands of men as doctrines." (Matthew 15, 8,9)
What does that have to do with Sharia Laws?
Do the words 'commands of men' ring a bell?

An eye for an eye is a command of man?
Exodus 21:23 And if [any] mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,
Exodus 21:24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
Deuteronomy 19:21 And thine eye shall not pity; [but] life [shall go] for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
