Design the Ideal Curriculum

There are many critics of education here. Why not put your Monopoly money -- because these will not be real curricula -- where your mouth is and design your ideal curriculum, according to your socio-political standards.

Please, be true to your philosophy and do not attempt to write a curriculum for someone else's ideals.

Make certain that you cover pre-school through college. Be specific, with none of this hackneyed, "return to the 3Rs" dodging.

I would have thought that all those critics of education here would have had hundreds of concrete ideas about how to make schools better.

I guess they simply like to sound off.

Any one read Left Back: A Century of Failed School REforms by Diane Ravitch?
