I DID MY MAKER'S LAW OBEY NOR EVER WENT FROM IT ASTRAY.THOUSANDS OF MILES I GO IN FEAR BUT SELDOM ON EARTH APPEAR. FOR PURPOSE WITH WHICH GOD DID SEE HE PUT A LIVING SOUL IN ME.A SOUL FROM ME GOD DID CLAIM AND TOOK FROM ME THE SOUL AGAIN.SO, WHEN FROM ME THE SOUL HAD FLED,I WAS THE SAME AS WHEN FIRST MADE.AND WITHOUT HANDS OR FEET OR SOUL I TRAVEL FROM POLE TO POLE.I LABOR HARD BY DAY AND BY NIGHT TO FALLEN MAN TO GIVE GREAT LIGHT. THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE YOUNG AND OLD WILL BY MY DEATH GREAT LIGHT BEHOLD.NO RIGHT OR WRONG CAN I CONCIEVE,THE SCRIPTURES I CANNOT BELIEVE.ALTHOUGH MY NAME THEREIN IS FOUND,THEY ARE TO ME AS EMPTY SOUND.NO FEAR OF DEATH DOTH TROUBLE ME REAL HAPPINESS I WILL NEVER SEE.TO HEAVEN I SHALL NEVER GO OR TO HELL BELOW.NOW WHEN THESE LINES ARE SLOWLY READ GO SEARCH YOUR BIBLE WITH ALL THAT SPEED FOR THAT MY NAME IS WRITTEN THERE. THE ANSWER IS ONE WORD, FIVE LETTERS, AND APPEARS ONLY FOUR TIMES IN THE BIBLE.
Sounds like Satan to me...
(Us marine mammals gotta stick together...)
neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor gloom of night shall stay them from their appointed krill . . .
So, SP, how does krill taste? Er . . . i mean, do your, uh . . . people, shall we say . . . eat krill ?
HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THE ANSWER WHALE ?
Seals are quite intelligent....they can bounce balls on their noses and everything...
Mind like a steel trap. I remembered reading this'n years back.
This poser is quite old, since it dates back to whale-oil lamps.
Whale sound right. The soul removed must be Jonah. But, does not the Bible say that Jonah was swallowed by a "fish"? Whale is our modern interpretation.
So, where in the Bible are whales specifically mentioned?
I might be wrong, but I'm going to guess treefrog.
The apple was actually a sycamore fig...
No, we don't know what the fruit was. It was just "fruit." But that's another discussion- one we don't need here. hehe. ANYHOW, my guess is also Whale. Whales are killed and the blubber is eaten, or can be used to make the oil for lamps. "By my death... great light"
sounds like santa clause to me
The Answer IS whale ... and here is why ...
In Gen 1:21 the word whales is used (meaning 2 or more)
Job 7:12 the word whale is used meaning 1
Ezek 32:2 " " " is used meaning 1
Total 4
It is thewhale from the story of Jonah and the whale....thousands of miles I go
in fear, but seldom on earth do I appear........ He put a living soul in me.(Jonah..LOL) A soul from God did I claim. He took from me the soul that fled,(Jonah fled from God's
will that he go to Tarsius) then I was the same as when first made. Even
without hands or feet or soul, I still travel on from pole to pole (in
the ocean ... to fallen man I provide great light. (blubber or fat)
Thousands of people, young and old, will by my death great light behold.
First of all you suck. I hope you know that. Because of this riddle im going to be up all night and most of tommorow trying to figure it out. Why did you have to post it?
stop(blubber)ing ace0 its a whale by my reckoning too
