This is difficult to answer as your son really needs to look at what he wants ... before he choices which school ...

Once he has decided what he want's then he needs to look at which school will best provide for that choice ...

private or selective

We just worried that if he goes to private school as he preferred he may not doing as good as if he goes to selective school in term of academic. I know students in selective school have been accelerated a lot.
