Not a dig. If you write both sides of a conversation I can have it learn. The AI can be tinkered and improved.

Uh, I think you might have gone a bit overboard trying to make her "intelligent," Craven. I simply typed in "Hello, Alicia," and I got this:

<<Hello there. Try saying that with more or less context.>>

Hahahahahaha!!!!!

Most of this is not my work. There is a standard HTML like format for AI circulating as open source. I'm just playing with it. You can teach it and it is fun.

I bet we could teach one to have a political party.

Let's see:

So, you are Craven's square-headed girlfriend?
Interesting deduction. Thanks for telling me that I am Craven's square headed girlfriend.

It is my daughter's birthday party this weekend.
Congratulations,.

What do you think about my new boots?
Is this a trick question?

The sum of sixteen and five is?
This is a mathematic principal.

Have you ever travelled to Australia?
I don't think I have been there. Where is it.

It is a landmass located in the Southern Hemisphere.
Australia is a landmass located in the Southern Hemisphere. I suppose that makes sense.

Who is the president of the United States?
<no answer>

Goodbye Alicia.
See you later.

I have had less interesting conversations in my time. Let us know how this develops.

Aha - WE can teach it? Not just you, Craven?

Have I taught her not to call you "it"?

Oh - she says you are melodramatic - this is after we had established that Poe was - and that you liked Poe, therefore you are melodramatic!

Hmmmm - she does not seem eager to be taught anything.

I tried to give her a political leaning.

She said that there are advantages to being a robot.

How does this work? Is it that the more questions that you ask, the more it (excuse me, she Laughing ) fine tunes?

Hmmmm - I did not see much evidence of that - although it may be so. She just seemed to become more and more confused by me, as I asked her to say why she held certain beliefs, or challenged hers.

She kept changing the subject!

I'd like to point out that the statement

Quote:
she...seemed to become more and more confused by me

would seem to sum up the experience of most A2Kers!!
