Public speaking isn't something you'll ever learn from the Internet, you'll just have to practice.

There is indeed, no way you can learn debating skills from the Internet. You must do so by practice and through watching other people debate and learn from their techniques.

I advise against the latter, however, because some people debate through being complete and utter jerks.

The ultimate way to debate is to ensure any evidence you use to support yourself cannot be easily turned against you. Make sure your arguments are backed-up with easy-to-understand evidence (if it isn't easy to understand, try and simplify it or do not use it at all).
