How to make full use of everyday?

Recently I'm rather frustrated.Since the final examination is coming.But I can barely calm myself down.What to do? Everyday I told myself to try my best ,everyday I failed.Today,I got up early and I had a pleasant morning,for I had made good use of it.Unfortunately,this afternoon I have
wasted much of the time.I don't know why. It makes me upset. Crying or Very sad

You are no different to any western student.

Every morning when you get up say I am a good person that people like.
Every night before you go to bed say I am a good person.

One thing you may be able to do is work out what is most important for today.
Do these things first.
