When we read a passage ,we want to finish it quickly,also we want to know the theme exactly, so can you tell me how to find the theme of a passage?Thank you!

The theme of a passage is what the passage is about.

The theme is usually indicated by the nouns (naming words) and verbs (action words)

Chinese people are very nice to talk with.

What is the theme here?
Is it, nice chinese people?
