TOTL (Exaggerated Fears)

Leviticus 26:36 And upon them that are left [alive] of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.

Previously in TOTL (Notice and Notification) we learned about the amorphous nature of the Terror of the LORD. This amorphous nature gives the TOTL the ability to hinder, impede, restrain, and recheck Death, while it is simultaneously controlling, leading, and redirecting, One to Life. Or it allows it to hinder, impede, restrain, and check Life, while it is simultaneously controlling, leading, and directing, One to Death. This amorphous nature also gives the TOTL the potential to create three types of fear. The first two types which have already discussed are Productive Fear and a Lack of Productive Fear. Productive Fear is the type of fear which all Believers should have of God. And a Lack of Productive Fear which may take the form of audacity, is a type of fear which Believers should always shun. Today we shall look at the last type of fear which the TOTL has the potential to produce or exaggerate. These fears are called Exaggerated Fears or phobias.

Exaggerated Fears are fears which are known by the more familiar name of phobias. Phobias are defined by the Merriam Webster Dictionary as; an exaggerated usually inexplicable and illogical fear of a particular object, class of objects, or situation. This means that these are fears which are so enlarged beyond the normal bounds, that they defy logic. The individual or individuals who are filled by this type of fear have no explainable basis or reason for their exaggeration.

Exaggerated Fears have the ability to do all those things which Productive Fear and the Lack of Productive Fear are able to do. They have the ability to hinder, impede, restrain, and check. While they are doing these things, they can also simultaneously control, lead, and direct. The difference with Exaggerated Fears is their capacity to enlarge these abilities beyond normal. This means that they will hinder, impede, restrain, and check Life at a greater extent. And while they are doing those things, they will also simultaneously control, lead, and direct One's Life at a greater extent.

Now, what people have failed to realise is that a phobia or an Exaggerated Fear is always present before its exaggeration or materialization. Those things which appear to suddenly manifest themselves in this physical sphere do not do so by magic. All things must first be sown or planted before they can grow. Once they are planted they do not just instantaneously grow. This is because a seed that is planted requires a substance or a catalyst to facilitate its growth. If that substance is not there, that seed will lie dormant until it comes along. The manifestation that is finally seen by the physical world, is due to the arrival of that substance or catalyst. Therefore a phobia is a dormant fear which has finally come in contact with a catalyst which triggers it. Once this catalyst arrives it's size or amount, will determine the size and growth of the phobia. This now leads us back to the TOTL

The TOTL is a catalyst for fears. As a catalyst, it is an agent which has the ability to speed up or provoke the growth rate of fears. As we are already aware, it has the ability to facilitate the growth of Productive Fear, and the Lack of Productive Fear. It also has the ability to create or provoke the growth of phobias or Exaggerated Fears. This means that once the TOTL is triggered, a phobia or Exaggerated fear which is lying dormant in an individual will quickly grow and become manifest. This fast and furious growth is true and constant especially when it comes to xenophobia. Let us now define xenophobia.

Xenophobia : (n) : fear and hatred of strangers or foreigners or of anything that is strange or foreign

From its definition we can see that xenophobia is the fear and hatred of strangers or foreigners or of anything that is strange or foreign. Since it is a phobia, we automatically know that it is two things. First it is a fear that is exaggerated. Which means that it is a fear that goes beyond the normal bounds of fear. If you will notice you will see that this fear has gone so far beyond its normal bounds that it has crossed into the area of hatred. Secondly, we know that if it is a phobia it is also illogical. This means that this fear is without logic. It is utterly senseless and foolish. The question now is; why does this phobia always arise with the arrival of the TOTL? The answer to this is quite simple.

If you will recall from TOTL Assignation (Tools of Judgement) the Initial Executors of the TOTL are usually nonnative or foreign people. This is because of certain factors which make it almost impossible to find native people who are willing to initiate the earth shattering moves which are often needed to truly change their environment. First, due to their ties and attachments, they are no longer objective or dispassionate. They have grown up in that environment, and it is all that they have come to know and love. Secondly, Because of their lack of objectivity, most have become biased and prejudiced. And because of this bias and prejudice many are unable to correctly identify the corruption and decay that is slowly destroying their environment. Thirdly, most have adapted and become comfortable. To initiate serious change, one must move out of their comfort zones, and most native people are unwilling to do that.

Therefore, in order to initiate the repentance and transformation that is needed, God has to bring someone from the outside who has no prepossessions or attachments. When this individual or individuals initiate the TOTL, the seeds of xenophobia which were lying dormant in the people will erupt and grow. These seeds will grow and grow and grow. And with some additional help, they can grow until they grow beyond the bounds of fear and hatred and pass into the area of apathy.

Finally, this xenophobia is part of the hatred and apathy that is referred to in Matt 24:10-12. It is always one of the signs before Messias arrives to deliver his people. This is because the TOTL always comes before Messias to initiate repentance and transformation. And because of the initiators of the TOTL, xenophobia will usually arise. After it arises it can be fed and stoked until it grows beyond the bounds of fear and hatred and reaches into the area of apathy.
