SPEAK ENGLISH BOY!

Is it anything to do with cosmetics?

I am blonde you know...

Ha! Pixels are little squares that make up a digital picture. Each little square has its own shade and colour, but when joined up with all the other squares, it makes up a picture.
If you imagine a computer screen image made up of a hundred pixels, the detail would not be good at all.
However, if that same sized screen had an image made up of 4 million pixels, you would be able to make out every single little detail on the naked womans body. (purely as an illustrative example, you understand)

OOH! I could get a good Samosa there, then.

I'll have to have a quick google and have a look. Sounds great!

Are you serious Olga? Ms Jaffrey actually taught you to cook Indian food?

In person?

Can you make samosa?

Will you marry me?

After your divorce I will most certainly marry you, Ellpus! Laughing

Can I make a samosa?: I probably could, but why would I bother with all the excellent Indian eateries around the place that make such things? Samosas are very time consuming to make, say nothing of messy & I have a very small kitchen. (I think it was designed for a midget!)

However, Madhur taught me a hell of a lot about making a decent curry or dal, about spices & how to use them, about how to get things just right. You have to understand that I was a very new vegetarian (in desperate need of decent home cooking ideas) when I first encountered her excellent, user-friendly cook books. She was an inspiration, I can tell you! (And the cause of very cluttered spice shelves for the rest of my life, I'm certain!)

Well, seeing as you can't make samosa, I shall have to disappoint you and cancel the divorce.

I can feel your disappointment from here.

Lord, your walk is beautiful!

May I have your permission to use one of the pics as a background?

If so, could you get a pic of the guys on nude golf day?

A lovely walk in the park, E . . . for me, to walk among the trees, to walk in green places, is therapeutic . . . you are very fortunate.

Ha! Squinney, I'll see what I can do.

...............................................................

Sakhi, I'm consulting my lawyer to make the necessary arrangements. Please send a box of samosas over for testing.....make that two boxes.

.............................................................

Set, yes, I know. That's why we're in such a turmoil about whether we should, or should not move from here. We both love the area, despite the bleedin' rain that doesn't seem to want to stop at this moment in time.

Two final piccies and then I'm done.

I walked by the canal today, up to the next lock (about a mile). Again, it was pouring with rain, but I managed to get these two pics of the lock keeper's cottage, which is positioned all on its own, with not a neighbour in sight.
Alas, no lock keeper lives there today, as it was sold as a private house about twenty years ago. The owner obviously loves a quiet life, and has to walk across the lock gates to get to his garden and his car. If he wants to use the car, then he has to drive across the rugby fields (to the left of the second picture) before he can get onto a road. Needless to say, he has a Range Rover.

Narrow boat coming through the lock. Lock keeper's house is on the left.

Looking back at house and lock....

How did I miss this thread? Shocked

These pictures are so beautiful Spanky. You can consider yourself
lucky to live in such surrounding. I don't want to sound pretentious,
but when you've got palm trees, the beach and the ocean all day long,
you appreaciate pictures like these much more. Very nice!
