It's an Ibis. I know the black headed ibis, the red naped ibis but not the read headed ibis.

Ours is none of those...

That's the Japanese or crested ibis. Almost extinct. Stunning bird. (I'm saying this with authority, but I'm not sure I'm right.)

rosborne, Don't know Spendius well enough to comment. However the fish does seem to be a bit down at the mouth. It ain't easy bein' a blob.
