On the same topic, a new user, Regina Featherston, has not been able to access a2k, using her usual user name and password.

Diane, she should contact the Help Desk for help.

That's the problem, Mac. She can't post without being signed in and her information isn't being recognized.

Diane, even if she's not logged in, she can click on the little blue Help at the bottom right of the home page. (I just logged out to check.)

That way she can communicate directly with the Help Desk without needing a go-between.
