This is actually an Enchanted Stone that has been sitting on my desk for several years. I bonded with this Stone while climbing Enchanted Rock in the Hill Country of Central Texas.

It is only 1.2 ounces, but has been silent witness to thousands of Native Americans on a spiritual quest.

Below is a picture of the entire Enchanted Rock, it is a holy place, you can feel it when you are there.

While holding the Enchanted Stone, I often think of the cosmos.

It is also useful for holding down a piece of paper on my desk.

------------------------

I would like to trade this Enchanted Stone with someone, for an item they would be willing to give up.

I'll continue to trade until I have a Virtual All Expense Paid 2 Week Vacation in Italy.

-------------------------

Let the Trades Begin

Who needs/wants this Enchanted Stone?

Five books?

That is a fine and fair trade. I know you enjoy sharing your home with this piece of your heritage. May it sooth your mind, and calm your soul.

I now have 5 books I'd like to trade.
I picked out 5 mytery novels, by James Patterson, Nevada Barr, Dennis Lehane, Jonathan Kellerman and Tami Hoag.

Who can't sleep at night?

Chai, I have some enchanted dried cow dung left from the mesa lands in Southern Utah. The dung came from a small, probably temporary anasazi ruin which over-looked the great western wall of Zion national park and the virgin river. The dung is more than 15 years old, but it still packs a punch in karmic terms.

Sorry Setanta, that isn't something I could use to continue trading.

Anyone else want to trade for 5 mystery novels?

Now THAT would be a good swap. You get milk, and he gets a giant and singing harp.

Still no takers on my mystery novels? Looking at the copyright dates, they were all written in 2005 or 2006.

Well, the condom story sounded full of holes....

I'm a serious trader.
Looking for a serious mystery book lover who has something to offer me in return for hours of reading enjoyment.

The Curse of the Enchanted usually takes about 4 years to take effect. Best sweeten up the deal and trade it now.

I don't have the enchanted stone anymore roger, it living with shewolf now.
There isn't any curse attached to the stone, especially since it's back in the hands of one of the children of the Great Spirit.

I'm now looking to trade 5 fine mystery novels by well known authors. Summer vacation time is here, and they would make wonderful beach reading. Someone has an item in their possession that they are willing to make a fair trade I'm sure.

Any readers out there?

If you're interested, I have a pair of underpants once owned by a previous Archbishop of Canterbury, which has an incontinence stain that looks like the Virgin Mary.

intriguing....I'll have to check the market for something like that.

I've heard funny things about you Brits, spankings and chokings and such. Perhaps these could be used in fantasy play......"Perthbumpies, you BAD boy, you've soiled yourself again! Now you need to be punished!"
I'm sure the Virgin Mary could be worked into that somehow.

Hold on to your underwear for a little while, let's see if jpinmilwaukee can come up with something to barter that won't require me to travel to the seedier side of town.

jp? What you got?

Anyone else?
