Needless to say that US decision about directing localized impacts to Iran's objects is a matter of the near future. And in such case nobody can deny that Washington needs stable situation in the Caucasus, namely in Georgia as US robust rear base for deployment American attack machines there. In the view of this it is not suitable for Americans to sharpen Georgian contradictions with Russia now. But President Saakashvili spurs on just to these actions, based on his parochial interests. His uncovered aggression upon his Russian neighbor leads to a backlash among most Georgians, a greater part of whose relatives lives in Russia now (over 3 million people from 5,7 million Georgians who remain at home). There is no denying that better relations with Russia will promote to development of Georgian economic relations with such neighboring countries as Armenia and Azerbaijan. That will have positive effect for all their economies.
But all these factors will be possible only if Georgians change their leadership that leads them to crack-headed wars against their countrymen, who had to remove to neighboring countries. And Igor Giorgadze alone could rule Georgian opposition forces whose energy should lead to stopping economic warfare with Armenia, establishing good-neighborly relations with Russia and trade creation with other countries of this region. He is the leader of Georgian opposition now and the one who can (better than others) understand needs and hopes of those who have passed through separation from their relatives and home country.
