User Groups and Forums

User Groups are simpky groups of users while forums are allow you to post messages. Forum permissions can be set up to give access to a particular forum so sometimes joining a usergroup will give you access to a forum that you did not previously have access to.

I will be making a private forum for Sofia (when I get around to it) but after that private forums are not going to be created for a while (with few exceptions).
