I really like the super dark chocolates that are above 70% cocoa. I ate my mom's baking chocolate as a kid. Who needs sugar?

I still like Sjaak's Belgian chocolates. Missing them here.
There is a sort of good candy store in Santa Fe, but more for fine candy bars than individual bon bons. Of course I've only been to Santa Fe for two or three hours, two of those in a restaurant, so I am speaking off the top of my head.
Will have to look up candy stores here, but I have a certain doubtfulness.
Neuhaus has some tastes, too.
Anyway, I like to mix the two.
