Ah..... I read all the way through those posts before punching up The Cameras
the kiddos look settled in for the night.

The two of them were starting to bounce around a little this morning.

Awake and wandering around their deck.

Those kids are just getting too independent.

Both parents were there about an hour and a half ago.

Probably deciding on what kinda take-away to pick up.

Wow, in only a week's time, they don't even look like babies any more.

The adventurous twin is perched on the wooden frame around the nesting box preening himself/herself. Whichever the sex, the talons are enormous.

Gotta say, it must be really dangerous to be a small bird in the Water Street area about six in the morning. The two of them divvied up a sparrow or a chickadee this morning in about five minutes.

For those of you tuning in to our webcam this morning, you may have noticed that Mario flew out of the nest!

We found him strolling in the Vietnam Veterans Park, enjoying the view down there.

He's back in the nest for now.

We would like to apologize to everyone for adding our falcon news to the wrong area.

Our birds have been banded and we are happy to announce that we have two new males to add to the family tree.

We're excited to announce the names of our new falcons Sal and Mario.

Their tags are as follows:

Sal
Right - 220605244
Left 53-black/green

Mario -
Right - 220605245
Left - 54 black/green

Thanks for checking on the falcons, everyone is excited to see them grow.

Okay. I punched up the camera at 5:51am and there was only one chick flapping about. As I watched he took off.

Yipes/

This is earlier than last year. Maybe when there's only two they get bigger faster??
