Each row must contain some permutation of the numbers from 1 to r, where r is the length of that particular row, and each column must contain some permutation of the numbers from 1 to c, where c is the height of that particular column.

You have only nine numbers given. Both main diagonals need to get the numbers from 1 to 9. Aswell as the diagonals from e9 via a5 to e1 and de diagonal from e9 via i5 to e1.

I'm also stuck with only sevens. I've only made even one other little deduction, and that's that benign can't before.
