bleech, looking at that turns my stomach....lobsters, crabs, shrimp and THAT thing especially remind me of cockroaches.

gross.....

you know tho, it might be a lobstrosity from one of stephen kings gunslingers books.

It LIVES down there...in thermal vents..hence the disappearing eyes, methinks...unless it is developing them...

That's what they were called....

They looked kinda harmless, and made those kabink kabunk sounds while they wandered around.....but man!....when they got in range, they showed how harmless they were.

Moved like greased lightning and took the gunslingers f'ing shooting finger and I think middle or ring finger clean off! And ya gotta be pretty fast to beat a gunslinger, let me tell ya.

He had to shoot left handed for the next 3 or 4 books.

Lobstrosities.....yeah, they're sneaky SOB's.
