Was Adam of the old testament created in the same image of a human male today ?
Adam was created in God's image, silly boy! Everyone knows that.
Chumly came from the Megalopolis Zoo, as did Tennessee Tuxedo.
Can you tell me if Adam was a exact copy of his creator?
Yeah, Chumly, where are the blueprints?
Last time I looked... nah! not gunna tell yah that.

God used no blueprints but did draw up as-builts*

*As-builts are documents that show the conditions of a development after construction.
CHUMLY.
Ok, so... if adams was a "as built" he wouldn't of had any "male" equipment then would he?
What do you mean by " no male equipment"?
Adam was no Ken or GI Joe.
I am having real trouble grasping Lightfoot's premise, this might explain his position.
Hey.. sorry I stuffed up on my question.
Here in Australia, equipment on a male is generally ascribed to his sexual organs. I assumed that a God, if he was male-man kinda thingo, he wouldn't have be given or require " equipment " .... so if Adam was a exact copy he would of been created as a ????????? if his God did stick a odds and ends on Adam ?... why did his God give him " the odds and ends" .... as Adam was the only "human " and Eve was supposedly a after thought??? I felt sure it could all be easily explained by those that "know"
Sexual innuendoes of my fallen flat humor aside, I figure you're right, all births should be virgin births!
I think there is some debate as to whether Adam and Eve had navels.
Don't know as that they needed navals since they didn't live near the ocean, but they both had two armies, a righty and a leftie.
