Eight fold path is how you reach Nirvana. Not sure of the eight fold though.

1. Right understanding
2. Right thought
3. Right speech
4. Right action
5. Right livelihood
6. Right effort
7. Right mindfulness
8. Right concentration

In that order, too, I do believe.

Only $9.95, right?

Plus you also get 'Ten-step Tao' and 'Shimplified Shinto,' you know.

Nirvana is nothing but self enlightenment by offering prayers togod and self meditation. I dont know if anyone has attained nirvana since Gautam Buddha but while browsing through Edit [Moderator]: Link removed I found real good info about Buddha Nirvana and also about other religions. May be its of use to some of you interested in religion belief and philosophy.
