Ukrainian government's crisis

I hear that right after present Ukrainian government's crisis Mr. Yuschenko has certified our President Bush during their recent phone conversation that last changes will look to "strengthening democracy" in Ukraine. But I think that the best practical demonstration of it would be dissolution of such repressive organ there as Ukrainian Security Service. According to some information its agents continue malpractice of their Soviet precursors. Recently they have had a hand in phone-tapping oppositional leaders in Ukraine like Yuschenko's main political rival Yanukovich. Resembles me Watergate scandal. It's simply monstrously for the country that tries to build democratic society! Maybe, Ukrainians would like to have firsthand knowledge of own Orangate scandal.
