Hi guys,
I have been looking through some previous postings and have gained a lot of info, so thanks ...
We are moving to melbourne on sponsorhip from my partners company, we have both been to melbourne before as backpackers so have knowledge of what melbourne has to offer and are really looking forward to a change in lifestyle from london commuting!

Ideally we would like to rent a 2 bedroom flat/house within 45 mins (ish) commute to CBD. Which suburbs would you reccommend? How realistic is $250 - $280 AUD per week rental. Really we just want somewhere clean and safe, lived in a backpacker rental in St Kilda last time and would like a bit of an upgrade from that!!

Any ideas on cost of living? Electric, gas, commuting, food.

I work in mental health, supporting people to live in their own homes in the community or within sheltered housing. Any ideas of how to find jobs in this area in Melbourne? I have had a look through some of the job websites but there doesn't seem to be much.

Sorry if this is a lot of info but I figured it would save you having to ask the questions later ...

Many thanks in advance Very Happy
