... Japanese mythology??? I'm not sure if it would fit into spiritual, or philosophy, or what? It's for a school paper in my Mythology class (choose a legend from any culture and write a two-to-three page essay explaining the myth and its cultural significance), and it's due on February 1st, so some help would be great! Thanx!

You can put it in Spirituality or Philosophy, and send a ticket to the Help Desk, asking a moderator to create what's called a shadow topic in Asia. We'll only do one shadow (e. g. your topic will appear to, er, appear in 2 forums) for the topic but I think that should be enough.
We don't do shadow topics too often, but that's definitely a candidate. You can contact the Help Desk by scrolling all the way to the very bottom of any page and clicking on "Contact Us".
