In what Black African countries besides Kenya, South Africa and Liberia, do they speak English?
Sierra Leone is one of the countries.

Hello. What famous African Street gangs were there between the 14th C- 20 C?
most african countries have pockets of people in the cities that speak english. And a lot of people have to speak english becaus there are so many different african languages that even to communicate amongst themselves they use english.
English speaking countries
The ones I know are Ghana, Kenya, Serria Leone, South Africa, some parts of Cameroon, and Nigeria(my country).
