most african countries have pockets of people in the cities that speak english. And a lot of people have to speak english becaus there are so many different african languages that even to communicate amongst themselves they use english.

The ones I know are Ghana, Kenya, Serria Leone, South Africa, some parts of Cameroon, and Nigeria(my country).
